"Urge" of Doing Something Better...

Hey all,

We always see the people around us. Though the life of every individual is different we try to compare ourselves with them, we witness some of them losing the games played by life and say I would have done better or we see someone touching the heights with extreme success and say there is no big deal in this. This is one part, one opinion, one view of our thinking but in the back of our mind, there is one voice that always keeps asking us...Can I do this thing better than him/her?, Probably I have got many ideas, Should I give it a try?, What If I fail?

To sort this out I've got two terms, "Comparison" and "Competition". First part is sort of comparison, in which you are casually comparing yourself with that person while the later one is something we can relate to competition or "URGE" of doing something better.

There are some special mentions which you will need to keep in mind when you try to do something better, first being that you cannot be ordinary. You don't have a chance to fail, Whatever you are doing you need to be perfect. You might have got many outstanding ideas back in your mind but you should equally know how to execute those in real. You should be aware of resources available for you and how to use them effectively.

Sometimes you will find that you have done very little improvement than the previous one but believe me, that little matters the most and always remember, Better is Always Better Than Good.

Let me share the story behind this blog and that will definitely help you understanding this article better. I was a little hesitant before writing this one but then one of my colleagues told me that both of my previous blogs are much similar, that is when I realized that though the blogs signify two different titles, the fashion in which both of them are written was the same and that is when I found the title for my next blog. To make this look different I did go through the blogs of the one I admire as a writer Preeti Shenoy, understood the basics and now finally I think I've done a decent job.

So, never stop doing better and don't forget to share your valuable comments below.
thank you for your kind support.

"CHANGE" The Most Powerful Word

"CHANGE"...An act or process through which something becomes different.
Without doubt, it's one of the most powerful words in the vocabulary.

Change, be it internal or external; it transforms you into a new personality. Internal changes are about identifying the things that needs to be improved and then  focussing on its execution. While, external changes makes you more flexible, more understanding and ready for the future.

What It Takes For A Change To Happen..?
True...A change doesn't happen overnight. It takes a lot off consistent efforts. Say if you want to improve yourself from what you are at present, you'll have to go through many stages like, identifying the reason that why you want to change, what will be your approach, what are the things that are resisting you from changing, practising the things you want to implement in your life, reviewing yourself regularly by noting your progress.

So from all this speculation, it is clear that no one's gonna do it for you. You have to bring that change in you because, change is important for sustaining in the future. It will help you climb the Everest of success.

This was all about your personal changes but if one wants to contribute to the society or a special cause kindly don't hesitate to start it. "Be That Change, Bring That Change"

A Struggle That Ended Being An Engineer

"A Struggle That Ended Being An Engineer"
You may find this title familiar, but the struggle part is totally different for every individual. For some it may be failure in academics...for some it may be failure in so called Love...For some it may be viva failures...For some it may be endless submissions and for some it may be so devastating to make them leave the engineering field.
For this struggle, people react differently...some compromises with the situations while some challenge the challenges.
It all starts with entrance exams, many people study hard but most of them gets average marks, and soon they are seen getting admissions in engineering colleges...quiet easy nowadays. I'm saying this because, I know how difficult it was some 5-6 years back.
Soon, the college starts and so called race begins...Some end up studying the whole time of their 8 semesters while others try to enjoy the every bit of their four years of college life. The best thing during these four years is your friends... They'll cheer you... Scold you...Help you in many ways...Laugh on you...Or laugh with you... Whatever they will do but nothing can be like them.
As the Engineering life approaches we learn a lot of things apart from gaining knowledge like Etiquettes...How to be professional... Troubleshooting skills...And many more. These are the things which helps you to proceed in your professional life. Some get used with it while some ignore it and the effect they experience in their onward journey.
Before we figure out the next plans for our life, We become graduated. The ones who gets placed through the campus recruitment should consider themselves lucky enough as many people struggle to get their 1st job. Finally all of them manage to get the jobs but the struggle part never ends for an Engineer.
Someone rightly said that, "Life Comes In Packages"... As there is struggle there is joy too, the Engineering life is very beautiful, it's a great experience and one may reckon it as the best part of Engineer's Life.

I wanted to write this from last 2 months but was not able to draft it as I felt it very tough. Though I've tried to present it in front of you in shortest length...I've been struggling here too...Just need some inspiration from you people and that may come from your comments...So please comment below.

Thank you
